Hayley got her start in the tattoo world as a teenager, helping out at a family friend’s shop after school. With over 15 years of experience, she now manages the day-to-day operations at American Dream Tattoo—coordinating bookings, supporting our artists, and making sure every client feels at home the moment they walk through the door.

When she’s not keeping things running at the shop, Hayley can usually be found lost in a book, yelling at a New Jersey Devils game, deep in a Star Wars rewatch, or blasting Sleep Token at full volume. She's got a soft spot for stories—whether they're told through ink, music, or a galaxy far, far away.
