Born and raised in Borikén, Puerto Rico, Paloma Yglesias Soto began her tattooing journey in 2012 with an apprenticeship in Jersey City. By 2014, she was tattooing professionally, channeling her deep cultural roots and reverence for the natural world into every piece. Her style blends traditional American tattooing with stippling, florals, and sacred elements inspired by plants, animals, Caribbean lore, Latin American folklore, and ceremonial practices.
In 2020, Paloma co-founded a tattoo studio in the heart of downtown Westfield, NJ, alongside her business partners Oksana Weber and Ronak Patel. Through her work, she creates a space for clients to connect with spirit, feel rooted in their hearts, and express their truest selves through the language of art.
